The Order of the Golden Grail

During the period of 23 to 26 August 2001, while staying in Assisi, I discerned an inspiration and insight regarding the creation of a new brother-sisterhood of people who from their inner stirrings aspire to serve Earth and Humanity as emanators of God's healing love. The fundamental inspiration came during a visit to St. Francis of Assisi's favorite place, Portiuncula, in the large church Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli designated to Maria. During my first meditation there, I jotted down the words, "The Order of the Golden Grail," and some fundamental sentences regarding individual dedication to the Living Spirit of the Earth, to the Love of God, to the Sacred Light and to the emanation of the Living Golden Grail. I was astonished by the inspiration, yet endeavoured to comprehend it on a more profound level.

I am acquainted with other orders such as the Rosicrucian Order and the Franciscan Order, and have always found orders to be a classic and beautiful method of organizing spiritual work, concomitantly, realizing that there are many who participate on the inner planes in an order organized by the worlds of light and who find orders to be a quite natural form of organization. But on receiving the inspiration, I became concerned with whether it would at all be possible to avoid a too visible distinction between those who are affiliated with the Order and those who are not, whether it would be possible to avoid the preoccupation some might have with degrees and of having to keep an eye on whether or not others maintain the Order's regulations.

A few hours later I discovered that Yvonne Wassini, a clairvoyant and my partner, had also during the same meditation jotted down inspirations inspired by St. Francis wherein he states, "You are to create a new order of Servants of the Grail. This time there will be no need for secrecy, the order can grow in the full light of day. This time the plant will receive complete sunlight and nourishment". I now permitted myself to give the inspirations I had received free rein on the basis that there would be a certain degree of visible systemization, yet the majority of the Order's activities would be between God and the individual. At the same time I realized that at an even more profound level, the Order might be given the name "The Order of the Living Grail" as the living stream is exceedingly central to the source of the Order and because it comprises all three aspects of God. After a couple of days of precipitation of ideas and visions, Yvonne via her channel of inspiration received the confirmation that the main stream of ideas had the support of among others St. Francis, Kuthumi, Nada and the World Mother, and that the major source of inspiration behind the Order is the Master Kuthumi. The fundamental understanding of the Order is clear, although during the developmental phase there will be continual adjustments and changes made to the organizational structure of the Order.

The objectives of the Order of the Golden Grail

The most important objectes of the Order of the Golden Grail are:

• To support humanity in connecting ever more profoundly with the enlivening stream of love
• To stimulate a network of living grails through which the healing love of the Universe can flow
• To support Humanity's initiation and the sanctification of the Earth

One of the most significant objectives of the Order of the Golden Grail is, in collaboration with the emanation of the Christ, to assist as many people as possible pass the first and second initiation.

The Order of the Golden Grail is an expansion of the Golden Circle's most inner work accomplished thus far, and will:

• Establish supplementary circumstances for international work
• Establish additional possibilities for support of the individual's spiritual development
• Establish a more intimate inner attunement with the New World Impulse
• Establish a greater support to individuals in becoming living emanators of this impulse
• Establish an independent extension of retreats and educations devoted to the New World Impulse.

The Golden Grail

The objective of the Order of the Golden Grail is to assist the Spirit of Earth, the World Mother, the Christ and the Order of Melchizedek (Here understood as the inner order of Hierarchy under Sanat Kumara) with the strengthening of the inner life of Humanity as well as of the other bodies of the Earth constituted by the kingdoms of nature. The Order is thus one of the extensions of the planetary spirit's streams of inner life which shall give new birth to Humanity, unite spirit and matter and vitalize the inhabitants of the planet. By working within the stream, emanated from the Golden Grail of the Earth, the Order of the Golden Grail will be one of Humanity's many initiatives in collaboration with the Living Spirit of the Earth working towards a new balance on Earth in accordance with the ideal principles of love.

The Golden Grail is participatory of the Divine Heart centre. In connection with the Earth, it is involved with the Grail of the Earth which contains within itself the very essence of life, the life and sacrificial fire of the planetary Logos which stimulates the living flame within all beings on Earth. It is nearly identical to the Solar-Christ vibration within the planetary heart, and it is a part of the outpouring stream of sacred life to all the bodies of Earth.

The Golden Grail is a Divine focal point of vitalizing love, which, from its outpouring stream nourishes and stimulates the spiritual flame within all human beings. The Grail is a living, expansive and solar-like heart chakra within the centre of the Earth, as well as in all other foci of Divine Living Love. Thus, the Grail can be experienced in the centre of the Earth, in a celestial temple around or above the Earth and as part of the universal and interplanetary network of loving life.

The Golden Grail is manifested everywhere where inner life consciousness is transformed into an outpouring stream of love. Those who within their inner being are or are becoming participants of this outpouring, are thus becoming participants of the Golden Grail to the extent where they are emanators of this stream.

On the inner planes, the Order of the Golden Grail is an outpouring force of Life, Love and Sacred Light from the Golden Grail of the Earth. The members of the Order are linked to this emanation on their innermost planes to a greater or lesser degree, and they receive help from the outflowing stream to become living grails.

On the external planes, the Order of the Golden Grail is a brother-sisterhood of people who share a common task and a common vision, and who assist and support each other in achieving the goals of the Order in their individual lives to the best of their ability, for the benefit of the Earth and of Humanity.

Organization of the Order

The Order shall be a living fellowship leaving as much initiative as possible to its members, with as little as possible structural and external leadership. Fundamentally, it is the outpouring stream from the Golden Grail that shall lead and stimulate, thus initiating tasks and projects through its members. As support for its members and for the precipitation of the living stream a secretariat has been established with the following functions:

1. Ensure a minimum of help for its members by proposing meditations, transformations, and divine services under the stream.
2. Ensure a minimum of educational courses and conferences for its members.
3. Ensure the maintenance of the Order's name through the endorsement of new initiatives sought in the name of the Order.
4. Support the inflow of the stream, keeping it alive throughout the various branches of the Order.

The Order of the Golden Grail is an international network. In principle, the allocation of its innermost nucleus has the capacity for distribution throughout seneral countries being a focused vibration rather than a place, and it is capable of having foci and educational centers in several countries. On the external plane, the main place of focus is Birkemosegaard in Denmark and in the near future Crete and Assisi appear to be important points of foci for the work of the Order. The most appropriate address of the secretariat is at Birkemosegaard. Emphasis on the Order's international perspectives and activities are underscored by its English name. Any member is, however, welcome to use a translation of the name into their own language.

The Order in relation to the Golden Circle

The Order of the Golden Grail is the esoteric division of the Golden Circle and the issuer of the life principle behind and through the Golden Circle. The Golden Circle is an educational focus for light workers and the Order is an inner stimulator thereof, much in the same way as the soul gives life and inspiration to the work of the personality. The Order of the Golden Grail and the Golden Circle are thus integrated within each other and participatory of the same impulse. The executive level of the Golden Circle shall be an expression of the Order's life and ideals.

The Order may have activities that do not involve the Golden Circle's economy or name and vice versa.

The creation of the new order is not expected to bring any substantial changes to the Golden Circle except that the Grail Education will now be under the administration of the Order. Membership of the Order is, therefore, a voluntary option for those who find themselves drawn by the purpose of the Golden Circle and the Order may have members who are not familiar with the Golden Circle.

Members. dedication and commitment

On admittance to the Order, all members will acknowledge the following dedication, which, simultaneously, acts as a guiding light in their inner spiritual life:

I dedicate myself to

• The Living Spirit of the Earth
• The compassionate Love of God
• The emanation of the Sacred Life
• And the outpouring of the Golden Grail

These sentences represent a dedication to the three principal aspects of Divinity: God as Life and Will, God as Love, and God as the Holy Spirit. The sentences close with a special dedication to the vibration which flows from the Golden Grail. The three aspects of Divinity, which the sentences of dedication and affirmation are adapted to, are at the same time outpouring streams of life. The Order of the Golden Grail works with all three streams. Some will, therefore, specifically specialize in the feminine Holy Spirit stream. Others will specialize in the Christ stream. Others will specialize in the Agni stream which is issued forth from the spirit of God, and others still, will be vitalized by and work with several of the streams simultaneously. All three streams are, fundamentally, integrated within each other, and the more profoundly a stream is experienced, the more it expresses the unity in all consciousness.

On each of the following degrees, the four aspects of the dedication each have a clausal sentence. This sentence is an affirmation of the inner attunement to that degree. In addition to this instructions will be given by the Order as a series of referrals, alternative dedications, and tasks. Deeper understandings of the contents of the sentences will be given, and group collaboration on how we best convert the ideals of the Order into our daily lives will be established. The Order has no rules concerning ones conduct, merely dedications and referrals. On admission to the Order, new members give a promise of his/her dedication in relation to aforementioned sentences. At the same time the member formulates a personal promise which may be about in which particular area the individual will make good his/her dedication, for example via political work, humanitarian work, as a healer of the heart, by presiding over light-services or by supporting a spiritual group dedicated to upholding the ideals of the Order. There are no external judiciaries keeping watch over a member's maintenance of the pledges or to what degree members of the Order live up to the recommendations of a specific degree of the Order. A covenant, which the individual is responsible for, is made between the individual and God.

Degrees within the Order of the Golden Grail

On contemplation on the four sentences of dedication and on the three objectives of the Order, the ideals of the Order appear abstract and unattainable and a need arises for precipitation of a viable understanding, more applicable to our day-to-day lives. Every order, started up through time on the initiative of the Great White Brotherhood, has solved the challenge of harmonizing daily life with the ideal by organizing the order in degrees. Spiritual orders represent, therefore, paths of development and initiation which can assist spiritually inclined persons in their evolution, training, and service in relation to the streams and objectives which the individual orders represent.

The Order of the Golden Grail takes this tradition upon itself, since gradual introduction and development give members optimum assistance. That which is unique about the degree system of the Order of the Golden Grail is:

1. There are no new secrets revealed by the taking of new degrees, however, training under the objectives of the Order becomes intensified by the gradual growth of ones attunement to the presence of the vitalizing outpouring from the Golden Grail.
2. Categorization of the degrees will be as simple as possible. The degrees are divided into four levels, each representing a gradual vitalization of the individual member's inner. The first degree is acquired automatically with admittance. The second degree opens up when the individual feels ready for the dedication of this degree. This leads to new possibilities for presiding over light-services and grail healing under the Order. The third and fourth degrees are observed as a greater capacity in selfless service and an increased ability to emanate Divine Love. Initiation to the degrees occurs between the individual and God, even the Order's secretariat does not know who is on what degree.
3. The degrees of the Order are a reflection of the Earth's path of initiation under the Great White Brotherhood, and one of the Order's objectives is to assist the individual with inner vitalization and soul infusion which is the most important element on the path of initiation. Each degree can therefore only be completely manifested within a person when the respective initiation has been taken. For example, a person should be close to or have passed the first initiation before he or she begins the second degree. The full integration of the second degree is first wholly completed after taking the second initiation.

The first degree

The sentences of affirmation of the first degree are as follows:

• I share responsibility for the evolution of the Earth
• I live in harmony with the principles of Love
• I open to the peace of the Universe
• I align myself with the outpouring from the Golden Grail

These sentences give profound meaning when they are spoken within the stillness of the heart and the openness of the soul. The contents of the first sentence include a decision to assist the Earth and its life. We alter, therefore, our attitude towards the living Father-Mother-Earth to giving back with joy and assisting with its sanctification.

When we state the contents of the second sentence, we dedicate ourselves to living a life based on the principals of love. We make the decision to live ever more after the law of giving, of turning the other cheek, of focusing on the needs of the whole and of seeing all beings as our equal brothers and sisters. When dedicating ourselves to the sentence relating to opening to the peace of the universe, we say yes to a transformational process where old traumas, ego attachments or other causes of self-indulgence or stress are gradually transmuted. The Order will be of assistance herewith in many ways. Little by little, one experiences residing within the peace of the heart and the commencement of outpouring of this peace.

When dedicating ourselves to the fourth sentence, alignment with the outpouring from the Golden Grail, one acknowledges this union and invokes its healing, redeeming, and vitalizing stream.

Actual admission into the Order is marked by a ceremony at the centre of the Golden Circle. In other countries, the ceremony will be held at a suitable venue.

The second, third and fourth degree

When approaching the second degree one generally recognizes:

• the vitalizing golden stream, experienced daily in the hearts centre
• spiritual endeavor, nearly always motivated by love.
• the event of love flowing, relatively effortlessly, during healing and when in the company of others,
• a natural and sensible engagement when assisting others several hours a week. Inner work and other forms of inner intermediary channeling of love can be a part hereof, but there must also be a practical expression of the desire to serve. The second degree is can be attained in connection with the Grail Education under the Order of the Golden Grail or by a persons own inner transformation. During initiation to the second degree, the following is confirmed:
  • I submit to the unfolding of the Kingdom of God on Earth
  • I let love be the foundation of my life
  • I let the Holy Life of the Earth vibrate through me
  • I am in the emanation from the Golden Grail

The second degree contains an growing enlivenment, unfurling itself through the activation of the heart centre, which becomes an emanator. One begins training to become an expression of the soul, a soul infused personality. Training in allowing ones emotional life to be pure, emanating healing love, in being transparent for the soul, in expressing the ideals of humanity's sister/brotherhood, in emanating the living stream of the grail for the healing of the Earth and with a continual expansion of ones sense of duty in selfless service.

It is the individual who in his/her collaboration with God, determines when the time is right for the ultimate dedication to the second degree. After admission to the Order, members will receive a more elaborate list of characteristics and conditions describing ones readiness for the second degree. The third and fourth degrees correspond to training as the emanation of the living grail stream on the third and fourth initiatory levels. The sentences in the summary of dedications and affirmations give an idea of this training.

The Grail Education under the Order of the Golden Grail

The Golden Circle's Grail Education will in future be directly under the administration of the Order of the Golden Grail. The Grail Education's specific objective will be to inspire, support and train those who are on their way to the second degree, or who have already attained this degree.

Training comprises, therefore, the possibility for fundamental transformation and sanctification. At the same time, instruction will be given concerning the streams and principals, ideals and understandings of each degree within the Golden Grail. In principal, the Grail Education is open to all who have been a member of the Order of the first degree for at least one year. Admission to the Grail Education must be applied for and the applicant may be asked to postpone the education, but any member of the first degree will be admitted to the Grail Education at the latest when three written applications have been submitted with one-year intervals. The new rules for admittance to the Grail Education also apply for persons who have received a denial for application under the previous Grail Education. Requisition of information and application forms for the Grail Education is made through the Order.

Successively courses, seminars, retreats, and educations under the Order of the Golden Grail, will be aimed at intensifying inner vitalization, deepening understanding of the New World Impulse and World Religion in conjunction with the ability to be an ever-stronger intermediary of all three outpourings of God. The Order will hold retreats on Crete, Greece when an educational centre has been established there.

A summer seminar will be held once a year where all members of the Order can meet for 3 to 5 days of instruction, meditation, grail services and exchange experiences and ideas.

The Order of the Golden Grail and other impulses

The Order of the Golden Grail is universal. It is open to all who are attracted by its objectives, dedications, and affirmations. No special interpretation of life is required and it is open to people who, concurrently, feel at home within a conventional religion, philosophical system, or spiritual movement that, possibly, does not share the same conceptions of life as those of the Order's secretariat. The Order represents life and not form, and its paramount function could conceivably be that a linking up to its outpouring could help a member enhance their work within another impulse or movement.

The Order of the Golden Grail has a special attunement with the work being done through the New World Impulse and New World Religion. The Order opens itself for availability by Kuthumi's ashram which is in charge of the precipitation of the New World Religion and coordinates the network of the initiates and avatars which shall bring forth the philosophy of the New Age. Within this openness, various Masters, Archangels and Councils have the opportunity in which to inspire and stimulate the Order. The Order can equally be used, as one amongst many foci, for training in innovative light-services, of new systems for development, and for priest-priestess activities relating to bestowal of benediction and as healers of nature and humanity.
